He is a Bachelor’s degree holder who used to be a very passionate baker when he hasn’t entered the doomed world in the university yet. But he promised himself he would (and should) find time to heat up the oven and bake pastries real soon. He also likes to share on this blog about his baking chronicles. He enjoys it so much when he listens to a classical instrumental/jazz music while sipping a hot cup of coffee (with strong caffeine content) he prepares. 72%-80% cocoa dark chocolate is one of his biggest addictions. He also likes trying different restaurants or cafés that goes well with his budget.
Chedric was a bona fide member of the official university-wide theater organization in University of Santo Tomas, where he was once part of the Executive Board. He was also appointed as the Executive Secretary of Rotaract Club of his college. He was also a literary writer for his college’s official publication. However, he only spends active participation in Teatro Tomasino today.
He has suddenly become interested in budget traveling and backpacking. He first tried doing it in Bohol City, Philippines where he appreciated the natural beauty of the province and its peace-loving people. After that tour, he plans to take more adventures so he managed another solo trip to Malaysia and Thailand – his first two stamps on his passport . It was followed by another lone travel to South Korea. That’s when he finally concluded to put up a blog to share his remarkable travel adventures.
